sometimes the lights will go off then it runs good till they come back on. Have read wheel sensor,ABS,Coils.Where do I start?

Having the same problem and my lights come on and stay on after driving for a few minutes. Also, my idle gets too low and stalls periodically. Mechanic says intake manifold is leaking and knock sensor needs replacing. Also throttle body may need replacing??? Otherwise the car runs perfect. 1994 Q45.
