The Q45 has an individual ignition coil on top of each spark plug, i think there is a large silver plastic cover over the top of the engine, may be secured with some allen key bolts. Remove that you will see coils I think they are secured each to the valve cover with two bolts (12mm head). Remove them spark plugs are under neath 5/8 plug socket needed.
