Car won't turn over but battery is good

I can hear a slight click but the ignition won't start. It's not the battery. 1997 J30 Infinity This problem happened 2 weeks ago. When AAA came out it started without anything being done to it. The battery was tested and it was strong. Someone mentioned that it could be the starter or alternator. The car has 140,000 miles.
