Ignition switch broke and I replaced it but now my car will not start

What is your question?

The battery is charged and it dings when ignition is turned on ,but will not start or even turn on wipers or radio can I reset Ecu

What makes this problem better or worse?

Not better or worse just wont start after I changed ignition
