My passenger side electric seat is stuck in recline (all the way down) .
What is your question?
It will move back and forth and down, but not up. ANy suggestions on how to begin to trouble shoot will be helpful.

My 2004 G35 had same problem. It was a very simple, inexpensive fix: cleaning the contacts for the switch. Don't buy a new seat or do any expensive repair until the contacts are cleaned.

Sounds like a bad tilt motor. See if it has power. Can you hear it trying to work? See if tilt motor is sold seperately.

I'm having the same issue with the passenger seat on my G35x--the seat is fully reclined and won't go back up. How do you clean the contacts for the switch? The dealer is telling me they switches for the chair motor aren't sold separately so I need a new seat which is ~ $4,300. Seems like a lot of money for a faulty switch...
