had to change one of the parking light bulbs . once replaced could not get the lights (front and back to work). check fuses seem to be ok.

If all parking lights are not working, then it is likely something other than bulb failure. Testing will be required to find out what in the circuit is failing. You've done all that anyone without technical knowledge or equipment can reasonably do -- so that's good. But circuit testing with proper equipment and reference material is required.
Fuses 'seem' to be ok? .. The owners manual contains the location and function for the fuses .. See fuses in the index - back pages of book .. Suspect parking light fuse is now open (blown) .. (Quite possibly happened when the bulb was replaced)
In addition - Double check the bulb application that you installed .. Installing the 'wrong bulb' can cause the fuse to fail .. Usually, the correct bulb applications can be found in the owners manual as well. Good luck!
