How was battery TESTED to confirm it is â€œgoodâ€ ? ... Suggest jump start (by knowledgeable personnel) regardless of assumed battery condition.

It IS just a good rule of thumb to first try a jump start â€˜anytimeâ€™ a no CRANK conditions exist. Way too often - on this site - we see questions concerning electrical problems resulting from improper jump start or battery replacement methods - namely > *reversed battery polarity* - (hooking cables up *backwards*) Good luck with it!
