I have a 2011 Infiniti FX35 my battery is good but when I tried to start no soun

It IS just a good rule of thumb to first try a jump start ‘anytime’ a no CRANK conditions exist. Way too often - on this site - we see questions concerning electrical problems resulting from improper jump start or battery replacement methods - namely > *reversed battery polarity* - (hooking cables up *backwards*) Good luck with it!
