ECM (computer) has control over changes in barometric pressures (altitude) and should adjust air/fuel ratio according.. Suggest full professional scan test.

I can't say, different shops charge different prices .. However that's the only way to properly determine what the problem is and it usually is the least expensive route to take... Can't guess at these computerized gadgets and do any good!
