I beg your pardon - it would be most helpful to know if changing the heater fan speed or turning the blower fan off also changes the noise you hear?
It’s the button on the right with what looks like a 4 leaf clover on it and up / down arrows.
This will be an important clue as to what’s going on..
I suspect there is foreign material inside the blower wheel that is creating an imbalance which will definitely cause a loud noise ~ vibration - roaring .. The higher the fan speed the louder the noise.
Yes when I turn the blower on ,I hear it...on low...noise is low too...2nd and 3rd notch up, it does sound like something pounding from behind glove box too...
I wonder if it's something I can fix myself? Since there's no men in the house...If not, I will have to pay to get fix..I don't want to mess things up more....

You will need to check the fan motor bearing as well - you may wish to just replace the fan motor assembly.
