Car shuts off while in motion and all lights come on dashboard. Car restarts everytime but eventually shuts off again. Engine also revs when running but in park. Car feels hesitant when accelerating and stopping. It happens as often as every 50 feet at times and as infrequent as every several blocks at times. Battery is new and just had oil changed.

Second step, check for vacuum leak(s). Check engine light on while running? TPS- Throttle Possition Sensors give some trouble on this engine but should be codes in computer.
The only time that lights appear on the dashboard is when the car shuts off. No lights appear on the dashboard while the car is still running.
Sounds so much like mine.. The last 7 wks have been awful.. Its bn at hyundai dealer 3 times. first diagnostic showed crankshaft position sensor.. Replaced.. But problem wasn't fixed.. Nxt it was showing diagnostic of Egr valve again replaced.. Again problem wasn't solved 3rd time when it juddered I braked slightly + the car accelerated + I lost all power steering + steering locked.the car then came to abrupt halt + cut out..thank goodness. I was only driving at 20mph..diagnostic showed it to be throttle position sensor..which again was replaced..it hasn't fixed the problem. My car is back at dealer again..has bn at dealer for 3days now! my car has only 50000 miles on clock..serviced every 6 months..I will never own a hyundai again.. Good luck..
Alternator was checked and it is good.
