Did you buy the car from the previous owner , or from a dealer? No paperwork with car? Maybe 'carfax' ? Otherwise is the cost of an engine worth guessing that it was done? Just food for thought.
Today ..I went to Hyundai dealer in my area. He told me as long as there is no sticker indicates the changing time of the belt , so iit is not changed for sure .
He told me also that there is NO need to change the water pump as long as it is the first time we change the belt !!
also no need to change the tensioners or pulley because it is low milage car .
Is that really true ???? Hope so !!!
Thanks for your answer but, there is not a way to know if the Ex owner changed it or not ?? is not recorded somewhere?? thanks again
