The automatic transmission doesn't let me go to manual shift

As long as you have the shift lever in the proper mode to operate the paddle shifters, they should operate. If they do not, testing will need to be performed to find out why using a diagnostic tool and checking operation.

Failed shiftronic switch in the shifter assembly is likely culprit - only problem is it’s not serviceable. Shifter ‘assembly’ replacement will be required.. IF you can find an old school mechanic that can think outside the proverbial box - it may be fixable otherwise. Good luck!
