when ever I try to do a launch my front tires ( car is fwd) starts hopping very badly until I let out or shift how can I make this stop? also this is a strip car so its not a daily driver.

There are literally dozens of modifications that can and should be made - 10 inch drag slicks with about 8 psi will help - performance steering / suspension parts are readily available .. Hydraulic clutch ‘slip valve’ will reduce suspension shock during hole shot. Your best bet is to get hooked up with some Tiburon gear heads on their online forum.
