Hard to steer. Engine and battery lights came on..car was sitting a year..

Drove it 60 miles ..came off interstate and it was hard to steer.. the lights came on and I thought it was going I thought it was dead I added fluid but it was still hard to turn afterwards also I accidentally put some steering fluid into the brake fluid spot..a littl... is safe to drive it back home
