What is your question?
My wife drives a 04 Tiburon, the transmission fluid needs to be changed and all I need to know is can I use Castrol import fluid or do I have to buy the fluid from the dealer at $20 a quart? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thx

How much is the replacement trans going to cost IF the Castrol fluid doesn't work well? Just sayin'.........Many of the newer (2000&up) A/Ts are very picky with fluids , especially if higher mileage and up to that point it always had OEM (or was never changed).
The answer is yes, you can use it. The "you can only use Hyundai transmission" is an internet myth. Been using Castrol multi-import on my 03 Santa Fe since 82k miles. I currently have 152k miles with no problems using Castrol. Just make sure it is spec'ed to SPIII and you will have no problem.
I appreciate your response. I bought a Merc Marauder and she wanted a Tiburon GT lol, my experience with Hyundai told me to find a place to ask since (your absolutely right) a new tranny isn't in the budget. Asked a service mngr I know at the local dealer and he insisted on Hyundai tranny fluid and another buddy said Castrol would be fine and I wasn't comfortable with that so I figured I'd make sure asking here. Fluid is NOT red, trans is slipping so I know it's time to change it, bought at 90k miles and now has 118k, quick little car, she's happy so you know how that goes lol, thx for the clarification, like you said it's definitely worth keeping the trans happy, thx again!
You're welcome , good luck.
