Thats the lifters it happens you have to rebuilt the motor top dont worry it's not expensive 120 to 150 I did it, that happens when you dont change the motor oil aften i use 5w30 and metal lube for a little bit of consistince But the lose of power can be the bearings and the perhaps you losing presure so you do need to open the motor and check it all. The 2.7 motor is very delic.
