Have replaced the fuel pump and relay but still won't start. Pump not engaging

Just FYI - fuel pump was least likely suspect to begin with - Asian vehicles have very few failures compared to domestic. Recommend testing ignition spark and compression before proceeding with fuel delivery diagnosis. Good luck!
