What is your question?
Everything comes on but will not turn over

Do you really want the 'car' to “turn over†? Do you mean the starter motor is not CRANKING the engine at all ? Do you mean the starter motor is CRANKING the engine ok - but the engine will not START ?
I see the year model is 2017 - recommend contacting dealer for warranty repairs.
I "ACCIDENTALLY" turned/rolled over probably the best car I've ever owned long time ago! 92 Toyota Corolla 1.6L, had heat, air, radio, and manual crank windows, new paint! I want my Corolla back!!!
Mine is one year newer - it’s been the best vehicle I have ever owned hands down! I’m not sure the newer models will last that long .. This one has 300,000 miles on it - only thing I’ve done to it is routine maintenance - 3 timing belts and I really haven’t changed the oil like I should’ve.. Now it uses ‘some’ oil of course but not bad .. Still drives and runs great .... IF I go out and it has broken in half - I won’t complain nary bit!
Do you think because of there being no motor oil stick or oil gauge, that it may have a low balance oil sensory that keeps the car from turning over until you add the amount of quarts to fulfill back the right balance to start it back up?
