power but wont start

What is your question?

went to pull into my yard after going 30 miles to Walmart and back the car had ticking sound in front of car and then died won't start but has power when I turn the key all lights come on but it clicks but doesn't turn over and my battery is good and tried jumping it it didn't work it's a manual not automatic

What makes this problem better or worse?
