new serpt belt&tensioner ,idler & the belt is riding half off the tensioner

thank you for your help, the other pulleys look good, no wobble and the belt is running in the grooves.

does the tensioner pulley line up with the other pullies? Maybe it is incorrectly installed or the incorrect part??? never hurts to get a second set of eyes on this kind of problem either!!! sometimes we see things a little differently then another person........is it possible to use something as a 'straight-edge' for reference?

Thank you, I will check that. I found the crank pulley is moving in and out of the inner spoke, causing the belt to ride half off the tensioner pulley. can I drive it the repair shop or have it towed? can I fix this easily?
