WHERE IS THE FUSE FOR THE WINDSHIELD WASHER PUMP LOCATED?

WINDSHIELD WIPER FLUID NOT WORKING. RESERVOIR IS FULL. I NEED TO FIND THE FUSE THAT CONTROLS THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS FLUID PUMP AND NOT FOR THE WIPERS. THEY ARE TWO DIFFERENT FUSES. IF THAT IS NOT THE PROBLEM I NEED TO CHECK THE HOSE AND ALSO MAKE SURE THE PUMP ISN'T SEIZED. THERE IS NOTHING CLOGGING THE OUTLETS/SPRAYERS AT THE TOP OF THE HOOD SO NO NEED TO GIVE ME THAT IDEA. ANYBODY HAVE ANY HELPFUL INFORMATION OF TIPS FOR ME TO MAKE IT GO FASTER, EASIER, AND A SIMPLER FIX?

Sometimes its the washer handle. Many assume the button which moves the wipers across once is the cleaning button. This is incorrect. You have to pull the handle toward you to dispense water continually while wipers work continously for as long as desired. Dont push the button, pull the handle. This can be confusing for many.

Unfortunately not or I would already know where to check. Just trying to save time and not get frustrated!
I can dig it!!! Tell ya what... IF you can't hear the pump running, when activated... Take a 12 volt test light and check/test ALL of the fuses you can find, doesn't take but a couple minuets and then you know where you stand!! Just touch each side of each fuse and the light should illuminate! That's the best way to find the open/blown fuse anyway I think!!... If you don't have a test light... Get one, you need it for all kind of auto circuit testing!
It is and thank you. I have all the right tools and more for tearing the whole car apart. That fuse is going to be located under the hood, correct?
