my power side mirrors is not working, is there a fuse that controls them

I had a minor accedent last weekend and had to cut the wires on the old mirror after the accedent with a mailbox, I bought a used one from a junk yard and installed it on the car and when I tried to adjust it i found that the power mirrirs did not work
