FYI- re: two hoses, top is hot; bottom hose is warm to the touch. Could the bottom hose be a problem?
Does the radiator cap have anything to do with temp or circulation?
FYI. Get a temperature gun and check it. Do what you feel, it was just some advice from someone that's only been working on vehicles for over 30 years.

No disrespect. Just trying to save a buck- My radiator is 2 yrs old.
Make sure the temp sensor is sending the correct temp.
