I would suggest to find out why the Check Engine light is on. If you need a shop to diagnose this for you please visit this link to find a Certified Shop near you - http://repairpal.com/hyundai-within-10-miles-of-versailles-kentucky-40383
Looks like you have been guessing at the problem and just throwing parts at it trying to fix it .. I didn't see anything about the *crankshaft position sensor* posted as one of the replacement parts .. You might as well throw one of those at it also as that is the most likely suspect! .... I agree with the other answer, testing BEFORE parts replacement is always the best route to take... However it seems you are determined to do this your way... Good luck with it!
I have had it tested several times with a diagnostic from AutoZone and Meineke I replace those parts because they were necessary and Worn out and the diagnostic now reads that there is zero problems with the car but it's still doing the same thing I'm at my Wit's End trying to figure out what's wrong with this vehicle and I have replace the cam sensor
The CRANKSHAFT POSITION SENSOR can fail without setting any codes... *Intermittent* failures are common.
