I need to get my car tagged. Everything works but the high beams. The fuse is good and so are the bulbs.

Be sure you are *pushing* the dimmer switch lever toward the dash for high-beam headlights... I have had many folks that thought the lever was just pull and release - it is actually push AND pull.. Just saying.
