Smoke, High fuel consumption, Why?

I did that. scanner shows only water in feul tank. I have drained tank and put new diesel. but no effect. also drained the fuel filter.

Black . the car smels un burnt diesel fume. I have added injector cleaner and still trying. The mechanic says its the catallytic inverter, dealers mechanic assumes its the particulate filter. Is there any site shows in steps how to check injectors and service them?

As far as I know injectors have to be calibrated. It is also a good idea to have the injector pump calibrated at the same time. This can only be done using an engineering workshop with the correct equipment. If the vehicle is lacking power and feels like it has a governor then the catalytic converters are clogged.
