What is your question?
The headlight on the left side dims after you initially turn on your lights as does the marker light. The left turn signal has malfunctioned and only works periodically or whenever it feels like it. There is no rhyme or reason to it working or not. Adjusting the steering wheel height, fiddling with it, nor percussive maintance (hitting it) solves it. Fuses are fine. Replaced the bulbs. Hazard lights work perfectly and so do all the light on the right side of the vehicle. The dealer said the hyundai dealer replaced the steering column before we bought it. Any ideas on what could be causing this?

Classic symptoms of a poor ground circuit .. Applying a separate ground lead for testing is a good place to start .. Snap-On power probe is an excellent tool for testing this type problem. Now - you probably do not have such equipment - so it is recommended to enlist the assistance of personnel that does. Good luck!
