Can Head gasket blow without warning after Oil change and fluids added

What is your question?

Car driving fine...valve gasket and seals replaced 6 MOS ago...oil and fluids checked and changed 1 month ago..oil still ok..smoking radiator but driving..pulled over ..had towed...said at first it was. A hose ..then radiator leak..now head gasket????

What makes this problem better or worse?

Happened once exiting freeway

There are TEST that can be performed to determine if head gasket has failed. We can not disagree with any personnel that has the vehicle present for *hands-on* evaluations. However you could ask what test were performed.
