What is your question?
Just looking for some instructions and or expertise to completely CHANGE/Replace my Power Steering fluid for my 2003 Hyundai Elantra GT. The Power Steering fluid is very dark, almost black 6/18/19. --I have researched and know these things: 1) Lower tube is the return. 2) No air allowed or left. 3) Do not just empty and replace the deposit fluid, do a complete change! **Can I do it solo/alone????? I may not have someone with me on my days off during the week.
What makes this problem better or worse?
Not changing the power steering fluid
How long has your 2003 Hyundai Elantra had this problem?
Just normal use.

Keep in mind this will be messy! Disconnect return hose at lowest point so fluid can drain into catch container - have fresh fluid handy - start engine and add fresh fluid as old fluid is forced out into catch container .. When fluid coming out is clean - turn engine off and re-connect return hose - fill system to proper level with fresh fluid. There is no way to prevent SOME AIR from entering the system - however that will be purged while engine is running and steering wheel is turned - drive vehicle then re-check fluid level. Good luck!
You should seriously consider having local auto repair facility do this for you as the procedure is typically inexpensive.
