How do you install a starter?

i sent the owners of this site two different request to make the engine size A MUST HAVE OPTION in questions a long time ago.they told me they were working on it!well,80-90% of the time you need that info,and sometimes the 8th digit of the vin would be even better.but until they do this,just have to keep asking.

Many who write in here just don't understand that the information (or lack of) they provide is crucial to getting a good and accurate reply-I've worked on all types of vehicles for over 4 decades, and while there are basic things all internal combustion engines share, specific information about THEIR car (make, model, engine) should be required in questions. thanks for your efforts, I feel like I waste time on here too.
