Repeat blowing of fuse on 2009 Accent

What is your question?

Its a 10 amp fuse that powers the dashboard light. Seems also to control the rear passenger side running lights. I've replace those bulbs and still blowing the fuse. Can't see any other lights or accessories that are affected but it sure does make it a pain to drive at night. Help?
