Locking and Unlocking all doors with a key

What is your question?

I have 2008 Hyundai Accent. I cannot lock or unlock all doors with the key. I tried rotating the key twice but it would only open one door and the other doors would do nothing. Is there a way to fix this problem because I have to manually lock and unlock all 4 doors whenever I use my car.
