Greetings from Buffalo, NY, What are your thoughts on JUST the DRIVERS SIDE windshield wiper being inoperable on my 2006 Hummer H2? I was just driving along with light snow falling @ 30 degrees and only the drivers side wiper stopped working but the passenger side continued to work just fine... I would appreciate any intel on this... Thanks! AJ
check recall number 08v456000. another story on Hummer forum>Here is the history: I replaced the wiper motor, No change. Replaced the column switch, no change. Replaced the BCM, no change. I gave up and took it to the Dealer and they replaced the underhood FUSE BOX that had a short or something wrong with it. Another Wiper motor was required as the bad FUSE BOX ruined the new wiper motor. In short, the problem as a Bad Fuse Box. Go figure. All is well now. several recalls on certain years, only a couple for the wipers.copy and paste the link........................................................................................................................................................................
