my 2017 honda ridgeline stutters or pulsates between 40 to 50 mph

What is your question?

Started about 3 weeks ago. Asked the wife if she could feel the pulsing from the passenger seat and she could. RPM gauge pulses also, once over 50 everything works fine. All others systems are working just fine. I have added fuel additives, changed gas stations. Nothing seems to stop the pulseing.

What makes this problem better or worse?

nothing makes it worse or better, can be going uphill, straight away all the same
