What is your question?
Code reader states P2647- VTEC oil pressure switch circuit high voltage. Indicates PCM detected the Rocker Arm Oil Pressure switch A was greater than the maximum acceptable value. Engine performs normal, no change in performance. I suspect a faulty sensor. 134500 kms on vehicle.
What makes this problem better or worse?
may be weather and temperature related
How long has your 2013 Honda Ridgeline had this problem?
The warning lights have come on before but since the cold weather arrived, temps between 40F and -10F the lights come on and stay on longer and more often

The vast majority of DIYer’s mistakenly suspect sensor failure anytime an engine code is present.. Highly recommend *hands-on* testing / evaluation by qualified personnel to determine the actual cause of the codes. Good luck!
Detailed engine service history is important as well... Oil type and sae - oil filter manufacture.
