when replacing the ignition lock cylinder only do I have to recode or reprogram anything for the truck to turn over and start

I ordered the part from Amazon and I understand that the new ignition key that comes with the cylinder will not match the other two remote keys but I'm ok with that... just wanna make sure the truck isn't gonna lock up when I try using the new key to crank it...
