These warning lights are on all the time now, with the exception of the VTM-4, which comes and goes. Truck runs fine and acts normally. Gas cap is tight. What's going on?

Impossible to determine here online - *hands-on* testing is required - there are multiple possibilities. Posting a list of the possibilities will not help as *hands-on* testing will still be required for each.
