Everytime it's cold outside the adjustment of the clutch is down but when it's hot outside the adjustment of my clutch is high? How to leave it in one position in any condition?

Suspect clutch 'slave cylinder' is failing! .. Usually after driving a few miles using the clutch, the clutch pedal travel returns to normal... When pedal travel is more than normal (pedal goes down further) try pumping the pedal.
