Honda 2019 Pilot----Car lurches or jerks during gear changes, particularly at lower speeds and almost always at 24 mph when the speed is slowly or gradually accelerating (like driving through a neighborhood). Has also happened around 34 mph. There is also an audible, sometimes very loud, clicking or clanking noise when this happens, which sounds like it comes form under the car. Asked Honda about this and they don't have a fix for it or know why it is happening, but said others have reported it. Car is 1 year old with 7k miles and they probably started happening around 3k miles.
What makes this problem better or worse?
going slowly though a gear change, its like it accelerates the change quickly at low speeds
