Car was idling rough and took it in and they replaced all 6 spark plugs. Everything ran great and 7 months later the exact thing is happening again. They are getting a p0301 misfire reading. And say it’s the piston rings. It’s only done it a few times and now has stopped. Running fine and no check engine light on. We are just a little confused. Don’t know if we should trust the dealership or if it sounds like something else. It will be $3700 out of pocket

First 7 months ago. Changed all sparks plugs and now again exact same problem. Idling rough but not when I accelerate
