No problems currently, it's just time to change the timing belt on my 2013 Pilot. Dealer says the water pump will be replaced at same time. I'm skeptical...

Since the water pump is actually driven by the ‘timing belt’ - it would be an absolute mistake to omit water pump replacement ! There’s other timing components to consider as well - - bet tensioner - belt idler - oil seals - drive belts
Water pump, drive belt and almost always timing belt tensioner is a very smart proactive list of parts to replace. The drive belt is due at the 7 year mark just like the timing belt. The water pump because you're there -- might as well replace it so you don't have to pay that large labor charge again to tear it down if the water pump should leak in the next couple years due to age and mileage. The timing belt tensioner is leaking hydraulic fluid about half the time when inspecting - another item smart to replace proactively regardless of found condition due to the tendency to develop leaks.
