What is your question?
The upper bolt hole on my timing auto tensioner is stripped. I already have the passenger side motor mount removed to access the water pump. I don’t have enough room to get a drillbit between the engine block and the inner fender. I am wondering if I can lower the jack that’s holding the engine up enough that the engine will drop without breaking anything and allow access to that upper bolt hole for a drillbit so I can repair the threads.
You can just drop the jack and let the engine hang without that passenger mount but it generally won’t drop more than 1/2” unless other mounts are loosened or already worn out/broken.
