2009 Honda Pilot failed emissions for 2 things, but don’t understand why

Took the car on Saturday for emissions test thinking we were going to pass. Nope! Failed due to o2 heat sensor not ready and catalyst not ready. We just got the o2 heat sensor replaced last year. Took it to a mechanic today and they ran the computers. No codes came up and it said nothing about the o2 heat sensor. All it said was catalyst not ready. The check engine light isn’t even on either and it’s not burnt out. What’s going on? We had to get a temporary sticker for a week on our window since it’s been past the due date and only have until Sunday to get it figured out. Please help!
