Led turn signal

What is your question?

I replaced all 4 of my oem turn and brake light bulbs in the back of my 2008 Honda Pilot with LED’s. Immediately when I drove the car all brake lights worked perfectly but the turn signals flashed rapidly. I’ve read that I need to either attach resistors or an LED flasher. Which is recommended and if resistors what amps?
