Why, oh why did you change your fuel pump on a vehicle that I've literally never seen a fuel pump fail on? Why waste your time and money and effort to replace a part like this instead of having testing performed? Have you ensured you are using proper programmed keys for the vehicle? There is way too much to suggest to do for testing of your no start concern. The good news is that you know there is no fuel pressure (did you test with a manual gauge?). This gives you clues. The repair manual for the vehicle will give you troubleshooting procedures; you can acquire one or use a site like www.alldatadiy.com if you are wanting to continue testing and repair yourself. Or consult a shop near you: https://repairpal.com/repair-shops/honda-repair-and-service-in-grand-prairie-texas
Just in case and for the heck of it - have you tested for proper ignition spark? Disregard IF a fuel pressure test gauge was used to confirm there is indeed no fuel pressure present while cranking engine. From my experience - there are more ignition system related issues than fuel system related issues with these vehicles.
Seems I recall some troubles with the MAIN RELAY that can cause this kind of problem .... Relay location - under drivers side dash.. Just saying. Good luck!
