DTC P0113: IAT Sensor Circuit High Voltage Possible wiring issue , bad IAT sensor , or PCM failure. TESTING to verify would be advised. Good luck. Fix that , then after clearing VTM-4 code , see if light (VTM-4) returns , then troubleshoot that if needed. Engine light on will disable VTM-4 and turn on light .
