the engine turns over but won't start

new fuel pump 30 days ago. Went to the store came out and the engine will turn over but will not start. The battery is fully charged.

I can list at least a dozen possibilities for this problem and the only way to confirm which is by hands-on TESTING ... That not a joke, just plain common sense facts!!
