What is your question?
The sound is similar to the warning sound to let you know that pads are getting thin. Pads were installed in a shop. Does sound indicate mis-application, bad rotors, or is this just the ceramic pads?

Ceramic pads are usually quieter than semi-metallic pads. Especially a Honda. I would take back to shop and have checked.
Just from the viewpoint of what I've seen at the dealership I work at , there aren't to many aftermarket pads (no matter what 'grade/quality' that do not make some squealing if used on Honda OEM rotors. Were the rotors resurfaced prior to pad replacement? That will also make some difference. May need to either go back to OEM pads , or get the 'matched' rotors for the pads you got.
