What is your question?
I've had 2 evap leaks fixed and the dealer said they can't find anything else wrong or why my engine light or tighten gas cap keeps coming on do you think it could be a sensor or an electrical problem?

I must assume the dealership performed a smoke vapor test on the EVAP system.. That’s the ultimate leak test. I suppose a new leak can occur at any time - what you can do is make certain the gas cap is actually tightened correctly and the rubber seal under the cap is clean and in good shape.. Return to same dealership for further evaluations. Good luck!
There may be another failure not related to a system ‘leak’ - scan test will be required.. The thing to keep in mind is no-one online can possibly offer any better diagnosis compared to *hands-on* testing by qualified personnel.
