What is your question?
1) My 2006 Honda Odyssey transmission was recently rebuilt. Shortly after, I noticed that gear shifting is a bit hard. (Shifting from second to third to fourth etc.) And sometimes the down shift seems a bit longer than I anticipate. What would be the cause of these hard shifts and delay shifts? 2) For many years the passenger right sliding door require multi tries (tugging on the external handle, tugging on the internal lever and pressing the driver automatic right door opener) before it opens. It closes with no problem. What would be the cause of tis issue and how to repair the issue? 3) 2006 Honda Odyssey AC not ICE COLD. Timing belt and AC system was done 2018
How long has your 2006 Honda Odyssey had this problem?

The cause of your transmission concerns is most likely due to flaws during rebuilding. Sliding door operation is complex and requires testing using diagnostic equipment that can monitor system operation and determine what is failing. Air conditioning problems can originate by one of the following general areas: 1) A problem with the refrigerant system. Meaning, the refrigerant used has escaped and there is not sufficient refrigerant to pressurize the system properly, resulting in hot air. When this happens, the system must be checked for leaks, the leaks repaired, and the system recharged. 2) A problem mechanically or electrically with the under hood components. If the compressor has failed, it will not allow the system to operate. Further, if the system becomes contaminated with debris from a failed compressor, this can be even worse. Electrically, the coil of the compressor may not be working properly, or a cycle switch could fail preventing the system from operating. If your condenser fan is not working, the system may not work properly also. 3) Climate control problem inside the vehicle. If the system that operates the heating, ventilation and air conditioning system fails to operate properly, then the under hood components may not be turned on or off properly, keeping the cold air from being produced. Only testing these systems will yield a direction and an eventual result.
Must be a little something wrong with the transmission. Must be a little something wrong with the sliding door. Must be a little something wrong with the AC. Must be a way to find out - how about **HANDS-ON** testing / evaluation.. Good luck!
